10 Days from Casablanca to Merzouga Desert
Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca
10 Days from Casablanca to Merzouga Desert, Pick up at the Casablanca airport. Transfer to the hotel and rest of the day free to visit the city. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Fez
Breakfast We will visit the economic capital of Morocco, where we will find the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the Islamic world. We will continue to the imperial city of Rabat and visit the city: the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the Hassan Tower Continuation of our trip to Volubilis, a population that was already on the maps of the fourth century A.D. Visit the archeological area. We will continue our route to Fez, the cultural capital of the country. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 3: Fes
After breakfast, today will be a day to discover the cultural capital of Morocco. Numerous monuments that could visit: Medersas (Koranic Schools): Chahrij, Bouinania Attarin. Zocos, Fes El-Jedid, the Karaouine Mosque (first university in the world). Dinner and accommodation.
Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Breakfast and departure to the soft mountains of the Middle Atlas, a stop in Ifrane called Switzerland of Africa and then continue to the Azrou National Park where the cedar forest is located, where the monkeys will appear and continue to Midelt for lunch. Then we continue Erfoud, from this point we will take a 4 × 4 track to go to the paradise of Merzouga in front of the endless dunes of Erg Chebbi. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 5: Merzouga – Khamila – Nomadic Villages – Erg Chebbi Dunes
After breakfast we will make an excursion, the great tour of the dunes, passing through many desert villages, one of them is the town of Khamilia, where we have a stop to enjoy the music of Gnawa. Day 6: Erg Chebbi Dunes – Togdra Gorges – Dades Valley
Farewell desert breakfast. We continue our route along the asphalt towards the High Atlas along the Route of a thousand Kasbahs, until we reach the spectacular Todra Gorges. A walk through the Palm Grove of Tinghir, until we go back to the High Atlas to the beautiful valleys of the Dades. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 7: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, we will continue with the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs, name with which a tour is known for a series of fortresses built in adobe with crenellated towers and ornaments of raw brick. Engraving towards Kella MGouna, famous for its roses and perfumes. Bequeathed to OUARZAZATE, rest of the day off. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 8: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
Breakfast Visit of the Kasbah of Taourirt. Continue to the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage Site, departure to Marrakech traveling through the port of Tichka (2260m) with spectacular scenery. Arrival and transfer to the hotel accommodation of Marrakech.Dinner and Accommodation.
Day 9: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
Breakfast Free day to discover the charms of Marrakech, its historical monuments: Menara Gardens and Basin, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saâdiens Tombs and the Dar si Said Museum or the Bahia Palace and the Jamaa El Fna Square with its souks. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 10: Marrakech – Casablanca – Return
Departure to Casablanca towards the airport to take your return flight. End of route and our services.
